Yeah since there's only 541 people here to begin with and it is right up everyone's alley (i.e. I doubt people would have a problem with it) I think just post away!

Or maybe lets do a weekly case-study day or something to make it more regular.

Not a bad idea. Id like to see the studies on certain treatments like the spine board etc...

I don't think case studies are what you're looking for. Case studies are reviews of individual patients; they are not useful for evaluating the effectiveness of treatments and what not. I will try to post some studies along the lines of what you're talking about later tonight.

Agreed. I read a study a year ago about trauma patients in the US with full s-spine precautions vs Vietnam where they're loaded and rushed to hospitals as quickly as possible with very little c-spine precautions (only a c-collar). They fared much better than their US counterparts in terms of survivability and patient outcome.
