What quick and easy snacks would you guys reccomend? Thinks that can be eaten without preparation, like nuts, and simple things to knock together, I sometimes see things with Nutella and peanut butter that seem really awesome.

For snacks I eat:
Pot of houmous with 20 crackers (1.5k Calories)
Toasty with 50g cheese (450k, depends on bread)
Bananas and nuts are great as well, I find it easy to snack on almonds over the course of a few hours to top up calories.

Three scoops of weight gainer powder, two cups of milk, a gratuitous amount of peanut butter, two chopped bananas, all that shit, mixed together in the blender for thirty seconds. Takes minutes to consume and tastes delicious. Fucking smart.

I go for two or three scoops of very fine oats, scoop of whey, 1 or 2 bananas, big dollop of peanut butter and milk blended. Goopy deliciousness.

Gainer is a little pricey for some. A cup of wheat flour will work just fine if you can stomach it. I prefer mass quantities of rehydrated pitas, personally. The stuff is like crack when you're dirty bulking. Take a whole bag of pitas (600g or so) and soak them in water briefly. 30-45 seconds in the microwave and voila. You've got the easiest and tastiest bulk ever. Mix with hummus, peanut butter, or other fatty substance to get your calories.

I pretty much do this for breakfast most days. JIF natural, local good honey but then I add some ground flax. Big glass of milk to wash it down

Depends how desperate you are to gain weight and how dirty you're willing to eat. I've known people who drink straight coconut oil in massive quantities. I've also heard of people eating dozens of croissants every day. Besides the things you listed (nuts, peanut butter, and Nutella), here are a few more high calorie snacks that require little/no preparation.
Cereal - The cereal I eat is about 220 calories per cup and if you add milk you'll get a few hundred more calories.
Milk - Depending on the percentage it can be up to 150 calories or so per cup. Chocolate milk is 170 calories per cup.
Cheese - A couples slices of cheese will be a few hundred calories. Cottage cheese is also good.
Yoghurt - A small cup of yoghurt is about 100-150 calories.
Bananas - A banana has 100-120 calories.
Olive Oil - A tablespoon has about 115 calories
Dried Fruits - Raisins, apples, apricots, etc. You can eat a ton of fruit really quickly when it's dried.

What cereal do you eat?
The rule of thumb for gaining is you want the least healthy option haha. Don't load up on sugar, but get something that is low fiber and really tasty so you can consume it in mass quantities. Corn flakes work for some, cheerios for others... but again, get some sugar in there so you can offset the fiber and power through to your needed intake.

Agreed. This is a great way to dirty bulk if you're 6'0 100lbs... but it's not really the ideal means for most people out there. Do it dirty, but do it smart also. Plenty of alternatives that are better out there. Substitute out those oreos for any other tasty dippable material.
