What is the worst thing you have ever "walked in on"?

I feel comfortable posting this cause i know it will be buried.

Right after my dad died from cancer, and we were all (myself, my brothers, and my mom) around him mourning. We called the mortuary people and when they came to take him away for cremation, they covered him up with a sheet. While they were carrying him out of our house they had to walk past us all standing in the hallway, and the sheet slipped off and his head rolled to the side of the stretcher with his face pointed toward us. I'll never forget his half-open eyes and slack-jawed mouth and my mom screaming "oh god!"
