Wiki says it's the character in question (Fabiana Branco) down at the bottom of her page. The looks match up pretty well, I'd say. Obviously not conclusive, but I buy it, especially given the fact that Max Payne's not really Rockstar's franchise, so they're probably trying to keep the cover art plot-centric like the first two games'.

Yeah, Arkane has already said that that's it's not open world at all. It's linear, but the individual levels are each designed to be as sandboxy as possible — you've got a starting point, you've got a destination, but it's up to you to decide how you get there and what you do along the way.

It still sounds promising, but Skyrim it is not.

Well, if you ignore the numbers from the nose (which doesn't seem too unreasonable, given that her face is scrunched in one photo and the angle is slightly different) the r and r² improve to .89 and .79, respectively.

Still not a slam dunk, but definitely more plausible.
