Did that? Congratulations you're now physcally at the bare minium to pass A&S. Now about DOG if you want to hang with them its; 1.5 miles in 11:35, that's about 30 secs slower than our pace and ask any racer 30 seconds is a damn long time, 42 situps in 1 minute, so in half the time do less than half the work, 39 pushups in a minute, if you can't do that in less than 45 seconds you're probably a lardass, a 300 meter sprint in 48 seconds, might be quick I don't feel like doing the math to compare our 880 in under 3 and some change, also we wear boots and utes for that sprint, and lastly a 23 in vertical jump, wtf is that even for ha I doubt any body would retain their jump in about 100 lbs of gear why is this even here?
