Beta Weekend plans, How will you plan out your weekend to get as much as possible out of it?

I will not be getting sleep over the whole weekend. Unfortunately for me, I am an avid Magic:the Gathering player, and there is a prerelease tournament for a new set the same weekend as the beta. So for me, the plan is, play beta from 3pm Friday - 8am Saturday, go to tournament for 15 hours of MtG, come back and play the beta 12am Sunday - 11am then head off for another 3 hours of MtG, then play until the beta ends, then pass out for like two days. Wish me luck :)

Well, I will be making a Norn ranger, and attempting to get a Raven pet. All of the avian pets seem really good because they all have an ability to make your target vulnerable.

So I have two questions. One, how do you have so much info on GW2, have you played a lot of the beta or something? And does the grouping system in GW2 work similar to that in other MMOs, or is there even a grouping system at all?

I have an idea...you know those useless crafting stations that are all over the place? Make it so that you go to one of them, then pay some credits to get an augment slow put on an item. This way you don't have to have a toon that has the augment consumable skill, it's accessible to everyone, and when you'll have the money to afford the augs it will be when you hit 50 anyway. Not to mention it gives the came another credit sink

If you want to take a dip into good action and fantasy books check out the Legend of Drizzt book series by R.A. Salvatore. The author is a genius and the story is amazing. The main story arc expands over 13 books and then also goes into 3 different story arc trilogy sets. So that's 22 books in total (for those of you who don't want to do math) and in my opinion they are all worth the read :)

My one friend was getting a bug where it would constantly tell him he didn't have enough Focus to use his Charge :P

So yeah..recent patch broke the Charge I think...

Ya, I eventually figured that out. So after I got it working...well the worst I can say about the game so far is that I do not like how if you want to use a bow, it kind of auto aims. I kept having a problem where i would auto aim on boxes instead of enemies, so I kind of just said fuck that. Besides that though, the demo made me jizz my pants

Well I downloaded the demo off Steam, ran it, got through the into cinematic and suddenly I had not graphics =\

So I am currently redownloading and reinstalling the demo. If it doesn't work this time I might give up on the game sadly....

Late night food time? If you don't feel like cooking yourself something, and don't want Pizza Pizza or McDonalds, I think there is an asian restaurant that is open until like 3am on the corner of Fennel and Upper Wentworth. Don't quote me on that though, haven't been down in the area for a while.
