This is true, it was animal blood that was on his car. Unless the officer did a very very thorough cleaning of his undercarriage, which is no easy task then there is no way he hit the kid.

OP I feel for you for losing a child but please stop spamming this stuff to reddit unless you can articulate why you are ignoring all the evidence that proves the officer was not involved.
