Your wording made it seem that way to me. And, no, your example is not clear or I wouldn't have said what I did. So, you have a choice, attack or clarify. To attack and insult is what an asshole troll does, to clarify if what someone who genuinely wants to have a discussion does.

Within r/atheism I don't see any condemnation for any of the failures of governments or atrocious acts that people have done under the vail of the state.

So you're asking why in a forum about atheism we're not talking about politics? Do you frequent r/politics?

I'm not saying that atheists want authoritarian governments for every country but I also don't see really any posts on r/atheism about (for example) Kim Jung Il continued to murder political opponents and starve citizens while making his people consider him a God. That's far crazier than an ignorant suburban housewife making her kid go to church and read the bible or facebook arguments that I see posted on r/atheism.

No more crazier than Muslim men burn the faces off women who won't marry them. And that you do see here on r/atheism. So, again, from what I think you're getting at is basically this

"why don't you talk about the bad shit that governments do"

And my answer is we do.
