Tried going back and playing BF3 with my clan. Game play just feels petty and uninspired.

I found myself just sitting back sniping and flying the MAV for overwatch instead of playing run and gun like usual.

I think Rocket previously stated that servers should be 50 slot and run 24/7.

I do however enjoy playing on low population servers sometimes.

Thats probably a good ways down the development path. They will probably work on hashing out features and mechanics during alpha and if all goes well move onto correcting bugs in beta.

I've seen it mostly spawn in barns and residential houses. I bet in the future there will be a mechanic that allows you to harvest wood from trees.

I'll pick up one of those PS3 cameras and give Facetrack Noir a try. Would be pretty awesome to be able to run around checking your six without really having to think about it.

The residential buildings in big cities can be overflowing with Hunting Knives, Matches, Compass, Maps, Watches and Binoculars. Easiest places by far to find those pieces of kit.

The only things I haven't come across yet is NV and GPS. This however is due to not liking to raid the places these usually spawn.

I'd like to know how the temperature mechanic works too. Logic would dictate it would go down more slowly during the day, indoors, by the coast or while running. It would go down faster at night, in the rain, being up North, while moving slowly or standing.

This is just a personal observation but it seems like he increased the spawn timer somewhat. So same quantity of zeds, it just takes longer for them to respawn.

I've heard all the Virginia servers about 11 or something are inverse. Never had to test it out though.
