It's to track user productivity so I think I'm good on the legal front. I've setup Bluecoat for a customer using Cisco WCCP to redirect web traffic. I just want something I can throw on a oldish computer or even a VM. That would be great for these guys. Thanks everyone for the suggestions and stuff to try.

Forgot to add I really don't need to block traffic, just monitor it.

Co-worker thought he was in a users directory and ran rm -r * but was actually in the system root directory.This was on a SCO Unix Open Sever 4.0.5 box. Shit went bad fast. Had to restore all night using Lonetar and Tanberg backup tapes to get it back up. Good times....
