Neither will be useful. Chinese do not prefer their own language, they prefer english. Speak to some of them and see what they say. This isn't a refusal of other cultures, this is simply a fact. English is the global language and will stay that way for a very long time.

What you're describing is most likely intrusive thoughts, the wiki article is alright: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intrusive_thoughts Though the article is a little alarmist in my opinion.

It's a normal thing and nothing to be worried out, most people experience these thoughts every now and again.

Typically if this happens to me I simply distract myself with something I like (a good tv show, for example).

That is not what I would categorise as "insane". That sounds like a personification of your own conscience, and compartmentalisation of your own mind and giving those compartments personalities and names.

Insanity is not something to be taken lightly, and not something you can "grow out of", or just wake up one day and be okay.

True destructive insanity can be the most horrific thing to ever happen to a human being, I honestly cannot think of anything worse.

Imagine not being able to control your own thoughts, imagine having a constant yelling voice inside your head telling you to do things that you would never do, violent things, horrible things, constantly yelling, talking so fast that your brain cannot process it as it "speaks" to you, you hear the words but you're still trying to catch up and understand the previous sentence you heard, and each sentence becomes harder to hear than the previous one. But you can't shut them out, you can't block your ears, it's a voice that reverberates inside your head, like your entire head is a giant theatre and they're on stage screaming, it echoes around and you hear the words again and again. If you've ever been on top of a tall building or on top of a high balcony, and you hear that tiny voice inside that says "Jump!", imagine that, but 1000x fold, imagine a person screaming into both of your ears "JUMP!" over and over again.

You hallucinate... you actually know you're hallucinating and you know it's not real, but your mind betrays you and you instantly forget logic, it's gone, it can't help you, you can't think your way out of it, you can't apply logic to an insane mind, you cannot stop thinking it is real, once it starts, you get caught in an infinite loop, you start losing grip on what is real and what isn't. And then, once you start feeling reality slip away and you're clawing at it and grasping for a semblance of normality and how you once felt, but you can't grab on to anything except more chaotic and horrible thoughts, that's just truly hell. That's what insanity is like.

You can't. Black isn't a colour it's an absence of light. When you see black, you're seeing an object or material that absorbs and does not reflect the visible spectrum of light.
