I never bothered timing it, but I think that with good preparation you can easily do it in less than 20, probably even 10.

For instance: Bonecrusher in inventory, 1 superheat, wield weapon with controlled style, zombie imp, familiar summoned and scroll to activate, and FM/Fletching/herblore or something for the last.

Then you'd activate jot, attack something with low hp and bones as 100% drop whilst on controlled and simultaneously casting alch and using your summoning scroll (you could of course bring a pouch instead, but that's a right click), open imp jar, and do your last two skills of choice. If you did this on a monster you have as slayer task, you could skip the last skill.

Now that I think about it, that should be doable in five seconds, if not less. No practical use for it though, since you could just teleport to GE and get it done in less than a minute anyway

I'd at get least 70 prayer for Piety, and I would use all the charms I had to get better familiars. Piety (or replace with best stat-boosting prayer available to you) should be used at all times when training, and Summoning has a high general usefulness. Short of that, I don't think you can do anything incredibly useful with 40m

I would still go with a fury seeing as the +5 prayer bonus should help out greatly, and the added accuracy from ranging ammy is rather insignificant.

I have no clue as to the ratio of brews/super restores you should bring, but I reckon that if you calculate the drain ratio of whatever prayers you will be using and compare that to how long you expect Fight Caves to take, you should be able to figure it out

Well, for barrows, Branches of Darkmeyer provides you with Drakan's Amulet, and for GWD Eadgar's Ruse for Trollheim Teleport is the best you will get.

Those aside, I would argue there are a few quintessential quests. I'll assume you are fairly low-leveled, so let's begin with some basics:

Animal Magnetism for Ava's Device is very nifty for everything Ranged.
Recipe for Disaster for the best gloves in the game, though the requirements to do the entire quest are rather high, you should start the quest and do as much as you can.
Lost City for access to Zanaris as well as Dragon Dagger and Longsword.
Monkey Madness, mainly for Dragon Scimitar I suppose
Fairy tale pt. 1 for Magic Secateurs and partial completion of FT pt. 2 for access to fairy rings
Ghosts Ahoy and the required quests for access to the entire area, including Port Phasmatys farming patches and Ectophial
Slug Menace for proselyte armour, gives very good prayer bonus and has defencive stats equivalent to adamant.
Cold War for additional penguin points - remember to find all penguins you can each week. To make this easier go to World 60 and try one of the following FCs: world60pengs, w60pengs, w60pengi or w60pengu.
Lunar Diplomacy and Desert Treasure for unlocking Lunar spellbook and Ancient magicks

I'm sure I have left out a bunch, but these are some of the more basic ones.
