Healthiest thing to do is spend the day doing HARD labor, like roofing or chopping wood.

Ambien is the best thing ever invented, but I keep my pills at work at only bring home what I need because I have gotten up sleepwalking and taken more Ambien which can lead to disaster.

Get in fights with yourself and others in your basement/ go to group therapy sessions and hug Meatloaf.

Anybody that tells you you just need aromatherapy candles, melatonin, warm milk, OTC (like diphenhydramine HCL) does not actually know what hell insomnia can be.

I just learned about this guy the last black history month.

Refrigeration in general was a big step forward for us. We don't have to tow chunks of glaciers around the world for ice or stick our perishables in a hole in the front yard. Not to mention air-conditioning is like the greatest luxury ever.
