Yes, a strength so they can low ball you. You're worth more and I'm sure they know it. Just make a counter offer that is reasonable and you'll be fine. But make sure you have a specific number that you're worth and don't ask what they think. It's not what they think that counts, it's what you think. And the specific number will show that you know what you should be paid.

If you going to use a logon script to map a network drive I would suggest putting a ping localhost to start the script off with otherwise it might run before the computer has connected to the drive.
