First of all, you must get yourself into grief counselling before you can begin to work this out.

Turn to your friends and family, rather than potential dates, for support in the meantime. After you give yourself some time to heal and process this incredibly painful and traumatic event, then get back into the dating scene.

I'm sorry to say this, but you did gain an extremely large amount of weight in a relatively short amount of time. I can see why your boyfriend's attraction to you could be effected by that.

You admit that you're not able to control your eating and that you can't stick to the healthy lifestyle you want. Wouldn't it feel good to get that under control? To start exercising and keeping your body in optimal working condition? I think you'd feel a lot better, and your relationship would improve as a result.

I don't really think your boyfriend is a douche, immature, an asshole, or being intentionally degrading (although he certainly could have phrased things far more sensitively). Sexual attraction actually is really, really important in a monogamous relationship, and you should work on getting healthy so that you can both be satisfied.

OP, you say he's "over-sexed, if there is such a term." Maybe he's under-sexed. Give your bizaare way of talking about "cleavages" and general stick-up-your-ass attitude toward sex, perhaps he's looking elsewhere for a reason. Don't allow yourself to be disrespected, sure. But your "sex is dirty" mentality isn't doing you or your partner any favours.
