I have committed no crime as of late, and I don't plan on it. Thanks, but i really don't think it's that simple. I can't imagine anyone responding positively when i tell them I'm attracted to children. They might not immediately hate me because of my age, but they would probably automatically jump to me being a pedo who rapes people. That's one thing the media is good at, spreading generalizations. And you should see how much jail time pedos and child porn possesers get, it's blown out of proportion. I remember one story of a woman who made a kid touch her boob and she got more jail time than if she'd killed him. Fucked up world, man...

Thank you so much, I'll definitely be reading up on attractive centers of the brain or whatever, see if i can get myself to stop liking kids. But talking to my parents could be the death of me. I know them well, and my mom would probably seek help for me, but my dad...holy shit i dunno what he would do. I realize I'm at a very early point in this whole thing and I'm young, and maybe pedophilia doesn't quite explain the situation.

Hey dude, this way seem weird but I'm totally against child sex abuse and what not. The public pedophile people see is at the point where he doesn't give a fuck about the world and it's moral rights and wrongs, he just wants to act on his sexual attraction. I'm not like that, every time i see a child i think is attractive i really beat myself up over it and think about all the consequences, how it would ruin my life and theirs, etc. I just made this to vent in a way, because up until now I've been holding it in. And the longer I hold it in, the more destructive it'll be when it finally comes out.

Thank you, I realize it's my actions that will truly define me as a pedophile. And I'm not sure if that last part was a question, but all it is is that I'm attracted to young boys. In this day and age (sounds like something my grandpa would say) being what I am is morally wrong and looked down upon by almost everyone, I just want to fix my problem, slow it down, whatever...I don't want this getting in the way of my ambitions.

I'd like to think that I'm at a fork in the road. One way is being a rapist and going to YWCA to pick out a victim, and the other is controlling my urges and actually do shit with my life. I don't think I could ever hurt a kid, plain and simple I'm not at that point yet, and i don't want to reach it. If i can't be normal and have a wife and kids, then I'll have to find a way to deal with this shit....and raping a kid is not the fucking solution.
