This really confuses me, there are a lot of possible subjects here: is it the roller (tractor)? The white fences above? The white fence next to the roller? The orange cones? They say you can only have one subject (or group of subjects) in a picture. The clutter in this one does not help direct my eye to your intended subject.

Technically, the picture is rather smooth considering the long exposure needed to light it up like that.

As for lighting, there really is nothing special about it. You have the moon and possibly light pollution illuminating the scene. Personally, i think this could be made better when shot dark with external flashes illuminating the roller (tractor) ala-strobist. See the lighting pattern from this, this, this, or this
