Frontier Airlines. Those fuckers screwed me and my wife out of a vacation. Even though we had bought tickets with reserved seats and paid the second tier of pricing (to get two free bags each) we were the only two people not allowed on a flight because of potential high wind issues at the destination. Apparently every having two extra passengers was going to mess up the plane (highly unlikely) but of course they still sent our bags (including heavy ski equipment).

They then proceeded to tell us the earliest they could get us there was the day we were supposed to be coming home.

And since our bags went to the destination, they had to be returned the next day. When they arrived the Frontier people at baggage expected us to come to Midway to pick them up! I argued that since they had tossed us off the flight and sent our bags anyway, there was no way I was driving to Midway to pick them up. Asked to speak to a manager, and was promptly hung-up on mid-transfer. Call back, ask to speak to a manager, again hung up on. Same scenario played out five straight times. Call ask to speak to a manager, hung up on being transferred. Five separate times! before finally speaking to a manager and demanding that they pay to return the bags to our house. She has to get approval and says she will call back. Five hours later, after no call, the bags arrive at my house.

I hate Frontier with a passion. Just horrible customer service every step of the way. Fuck Frontier Airlines.
