This is what annoys me. There was a girl in her graduation dress which was seethrough, and a young black man who's pants were half way down his thighs. The seethrough dress could just be it looked different under different lighting and she didn't realise, or her under dress rode up and she didn't realise, and the kids pants could have slipped down. So generally embarassing situations are being extended to mock people having a bad time. Even in that picture her dress could have hooked up somehow.

Here's a personal story, I was on the bus going to my then bf's house, and some drunk girl through goon on me because I back chatted her when she called my dress ugly. I washed it and then put it in his dryer and then wore it home. It had shrunk in the wash. When I got home the dickhead I was dating told me my panties were totally visible and he just didn't mention it because he thought it was funny.
