That would be great - 250 lbs isn't really enough for 2 people safely - any chance you could include a bit more info about how to do this?

Friends recorded an album in Santa Cruz, Ca [Lighting] [Story Telling] [Composition] by LucasPelucasin photocritique

I like the angle of the lighting, but you clearly need more if you have that much noise!

As for story telling, with more light, you might be able to capture a good motion shot of him actually playing the drums - right now it feels a bit too static

A photo taken through my 24-105mm f4L lens, literally. [technique] [composition] by Fedgrubin photocritique

I definitely like the technique. It'd be fun to experiment with it with people, too. Not sure if I'd agree with too much more lighting on the lens, though, because otherwise you'd detract from the real focal point of the image ;)

I feel like there's not enough color, and not enough non-color interest. Either crank up the colors, or turn it black-and-white. It's too...ordinary...at the moment

The Sky is on Fire [impact] [color balance] [lighting] by poweraidin photocritique

The colors are stunning and brilliant.

I'm not sure I agree with the framing, though. I like that you have something in the foreground, but don't think that it does the best job of inviting the viewer in. I want to say, try this type of shot again but with an open field or something else that blocks the view less, but still provides a foreground location for the viewer to "sit in"

I like the second one the best - gives the best sense of scale

Manufactory [Style] by todd101scoutin photocritique

The problem there is that the blast furnace was ~200ft tall, so it's like cutting the head off the portrait of a giant :P

Feels like it, but all of the buildings look straight vertically. It's just off-balance

Good catch on that spot. Had to shop out a pier from that corner

Isn't the Sears tower already centered?

Thanks! Hmm, will have to play with that color balance...
