I just use CCleaner. It has an option to run 7 or 32 deletion passes over the HDD. I'm not sure if thats efficient enough for you?

FYI It doesn't really permanently delete since "deleting" just leaves a file on your HDD until it's basically written over.

Nice tri-color. I don't see too many of them around or on here as often. My Corgi is a tri, my girlfriend didn't want the color but he rocks

One of the main reasons I shop at stores now that have the do-it-yourself electronic cashiers. You scan, you pay, you leave.
